In the event of any inconsistencies, contradictions or errors in translation between the English our web terms, the primary and final terms conditions take precedence and will always apply over English conditions. If you have any questions about the content or interpretation of the Website Terms, please contact us for further information and clarification.


Welcome to the Gomyfrnd Privacy Policy (“Policy”)! These explain how we collect, store, protect and share your information and with whom we share it. We recommend that you read this in conjunction with our Terms of Use.

When you use the Gomyfrnd mobile application ("Application"), our website (www.gomyfrnd.qq1.in/ and www.gomyfrnd.qq1.in/) or use our digital products and services (such as our contests or surveys) (collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as our "Site"), we collect certain information about you. In addition, you may choose to use the App or Site to share information with other Gomyfrnd members, including your friends and contacts ("Users").

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION
Registration Information
When you create an account (“Account”), we may collect certain information about you (“Registration Information”), such as:

- First and last name;

- Username;

- Email address

- Mobile phone number

- Gender identity;

- Date of birth;

- sexual preference;

- Photos;

- Location and

- Login information for social media accounts that you connect to your Gomyfrnd account (this may include, for example, your Facebook and Instagram accounts). For more information on this, see “Linking Other Accounts with Gomyfrnd” in Section 7 below.

You will also be asked to create a password in connection with your account registration. Once you have registered, you will be able to review and change this information at any time by simply logging into Gomyfrnd. It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date.

The information we collect helps improve the app/website and authenticate our users (no robots welcome!). Registration information such as your sexual preference, name and username may be visible to other users who view your profile page.

Profile Information
We recommend and encourage you (and all our members) to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself. We also advise against providing email addresses, URLs, instant message details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identification numbers, driver's license details and other sensitive information that could be misused.

When you post information about yourself or use the messaging feature to communicate with other users, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. See section 4 below for more information about who can access what you post on Gomyfrnd.

Profile Verification Information
For safety, security and to ensure the best possible user experience, we may require users to verify their accounts and we may ask you to perform photo verification. We want to make sure you are not a robot! And we also want to avoid creating fake accounts that can be used for malicious activities and cybercrime. We may require this verification to prevent fraud. You can also voluntarily verify your photo (to add a blue "verified" badge to your profile). We keep the photos so that we can verify you in the future. Verification photos will be deleted if you delete your account.

Purchase Information
If you choose to purchase one of our premium services, we process your payment details on the payment gateway side and store them securely to prevent fraud and for audit/tax purposes data.

Geolocation Information
If you have granted Gomyfrnd access to your location in your device settings, we will collect information about WiFi access points during use, as well as other location information about your latitude and longitude and we may store the coordinates of your device in order to offer you certain features. This information helps us identify your physical location and we may use it to personalize the app and make it easier for you to interact with other users by allowing general location information to be displayed to users who see your profile in their vicinity.

If you have given Gomyfrnd access to your location services but wish to turn them off, you can do so on the page: "Users Nearby" or "Security Settings - Privacy".

Device Information

We may collect information about your device when you use Gomyfrnd, including your unique device identifier, device model, and operating system, for a number of purposes as described herein.

Links
We may track how you interact with links, including third-party services by redirection, clicking, or other means. We may share aggregate click statistics, such as how many times a particular link was clicked.

When you contact customer support
If you contact our customer support team via the contact form, we will receive your email address and may track your IP address as well as the information you give us send to help you solve your query. We will keep records of our communications with you, including any complaints we receive from you about other users (and from other users about you) for 6 years after your account is deleted.

Cookies and similar technologies
When you visit our site or when you use our application, we may automatically collect personal information from you using cookies or similar technologies. A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your device or browser that allows us to recognize and remember you. To learn more about cookies, including how we use them and what choices are available to you, please read our Cookies policy.
2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Our primary goal is to ensure that your experience on Gomyfrnd is an enjoyable one, and in order to deliver this, we may use your registration and other information to:

- offer you our services and features;

- contact you with information about the application (eg updates and new features);

- to personalize the application/sites and the content we deliver to you;

- perform research and analysis about how you use and interact with the Application/Site;

- resolve disputes, resolve issues and enforce our Terms of Use;

- investigate fraud, protect our legal rights and enforce our Terms of Use;

- to send you information about promotions and offers we have available - by accepting the Terms of Use you have opted-in to receive our messages (you can opt out of marketing at any time via Settings or by using the unsubscribe mechanisms and the link provided in each message ); and

- protect our users and third parties from harm.

Moderation
We use a combination of automated systems and a team to monitor and review accounts (including photos and any other information uploaded to user profiles) and messages for content that suggests a violation of our Terms of Use moderators. If an account or message meets certain criteria that demonstrate a possible violation of the Terms of Use, the relevant account will be issued a warning and the user's access will be restricted and/or blocked. Affected users may contact Gomyfrnd and challenge the decision.

If you post anything that violates our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to your account.

Legal Basis
Under EU data protection laws, we are required to tell you our legal basis for using your data, which is set out in the table below. If the legal basis is consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. If the legal basis is legitimate interests, you have the right to object to our use of your data. In the relevant sections of this Policy, we explain how you can withdraw consent or opt out of the use of certain data (where applicable).

Service Providers
We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us ("Service Providers"). The suppliers with which Gomyfrnd shares users' personal information varies depending on various factors, such as which applications and websites the user engages with. For example, we typically use the following vendors to provide our services to users:

- Billing services - so that customers can purchase paid functions of our application (for example Pays.cz, Google, Apple)

- Social media providers - to enable customers to create/link their account to their account(s) on platforms (for example Facebook or Instagram)

- Growth marketing services - allow us to offer and promote Gomyfrnd to potential customers (such as Google ADS and Facebook)

We carry out due diligence on all service providers we engage to ensure they have adequate data protection and information security measures in place and only provide them with personal data that is necessary for the service they provide. Our suppliers are also subject to extensive obligations under our contractual arrangements, including strict data retention limits.

Marketing Service Providers and Advertising Partners
We may work with advertising publishers to place third-party advertisements on our App and Sites ("Advertising Partners"). We also work with marketing service providers (such as Google, Seznam) ("Marketing Service Providers") to help us market and advertise our App and Services on third-party websites and apps and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. For example:

- exclude you from advertising campaigns aimed at finding new users, if you already have a Gomyfrnd account;

- show ads on Gomyfrnd to users who have visited the Gomyfrnd app/site but have not yet created an account;

We share a limited amount of your personal information with companies that help us with marketing and advertising, such as:

- an advertising identifier associated with your device (this is a random number assigned by the manufacturer of your mobile device (such as Apple or Google) to your device so that advertisers (including the manufacturer) know when an advertisement has been viewed or clicked on in the Application or website and when the ad causes a "conversion" (such as downloading the app that is being advertised to you))

- your estimated location (based on your IP address)

- age and gender

- data about your visit to our website or application and actions taken there (for example, if you download our application or create an account with our application)

In some cases, these third parties will also use the data they collect for their own purposes, for example, they may aggregate your data with other data they hold and use it to inform advertising-related services provided to other clients.


Google's reCAPTCHA service
To protect the entry and comment areas of our application from spam and abuse, we use the reCAPTCHA validation tool. This service is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

reCAPTCHA makes it possible to distinguish between inputs of human origin and those entered incorrectly by a robot. Some device and application data will be transferred to Google servers to determine whether actions in our application are actually from humans. Google may also use this data to improve the reCAPTCHA service. This data may include: URL; User's IP address; Google account information if the user is simultaneously logged in to their Google account; browser information, including browser type, browser size, browser resolution, browser plug-ins, language settings and date; mouse and touch events on the page; and information collected from cookies. This processing is based on our overriding legitimate interests to protect our app/website from abusive bots.

4. WHAT OTHERS CAN SEE ABOUT YOU
We think our users are awesome, and we want you to share how awesome you are with the world, so we've built certain features to make that possible. Our app is designed to make it easy for you to connect and interact with other users.

When using Gomyfrnd, you should assume that anything you post or submit may be publicly viewable and accessible by both App and non-App users. We want our users to be careful when posting information, so please be careful when posting sensitive information about yourself on your profile, such as your religious affiliation and health information. While you may voluntarily provide us with this information when creating your profile, including your sexual preferences, it is not required. Please remember that the photos you post on Gomyfrnd may also reveal information about you. If you upload and choose to share sensitive information about yourself with us, you expressly consent to our processing that information and disclosing it to other users.

Your profile on Gomyfrnd and other information you make available through the App or Website, including certain information added to your profile through third party accounts (such as Facebook or Instagram - see Section 7 of this Privacy Policy for more information), may be displayed and shared by Users with individuals who may or may not be Gomyfrnd Users.

If you log into or access the Website/App through your Facebook or other third-party account on a device that you share with others, please remember to log out of the App and the relevant third-party account when you leave the device to prevent others from users in accessing your account.

5. OUR AGE POLICY.
While we want as many people as possible to enjoy our creation, you must be at least 15 years old to use Gomyfrnd - sorry kids, we know Gomyfrnd is cool, but you have to return when you are old enough!

Gomyfrnd does not knowingly collect or sell any information about children or minors. If we become aware that a child or anyone under the age of 15 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person's registration and delete their profile information from Gomyfrnd. If we delete a profile because you have violated our no-kids policy, we may retain your email and IP address to ensure that you do not attempt to circumvent our policies by creating a new profile.

Gomyfrnd strictly opposes any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. Such content is strictly prohibited and, if identified, will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Suspected behavior can be reported to contact@qq1.in.

6. SECURITY.
Gomyfrnd has implemented appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure and alteration of information under our control, including your personal information. We use reasonable security measures to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information. Our technical experts at Gomyfrnd work hard to ensure safe use of our site.

Unfortunately, no website or internet transmission is ever 100% secure, and we can't guarantee that there will never be unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches, but here are some helpful tips to keep your data safe :
1. Please log out of your account after use because you never know who might stumble upon your account!

2. Please do not share the password you use to access your account with anyone else!

3. Change your password regularly.

7. LINKING OTHER ACCOUNTS TO Gomyfrnd.

Log in to Gomyfrnd using your social network details

When you log into our app using your Facebook account, you give Facebook permission to share your name and profile picture with us. If you do not opt out, you also give Facebook permission to share with us your email address (if associated with your Facebook account), date of birth, profile photo, gender, page likes and current city/town.

If you sign up or sign in with your Apple ID, you give Apple permission to share your Apple login information, name (which you can change), and email (you can choose to hide your email and Apple will create a random email address so your personal email can remain private). This email address will be linked to your account and used to load your account.

We will then use this personal information to create your account on Gomyfrnd. If you remove Gomyfrnd from your Facebook settings or your Apple ID, we will no longer have access to this data. However, we will still have the personal data we received when you first set up your account using your Facebook or Apple ID (you must delete your account completely so that we no longer have access to this data).

Linking social media accounts to your account
You can link your account to an Instagram or Facebook account. This will allow you to share some information from those accounts directly to your account (like Instagram photos).

We only receive limited information that Instagram/Facebook allows to be transferred (as detailed on Instagram/Facebook and agreed to when you first link your account from such platforms to your Gomyfrnd account).

If you no longer wish to link your account with your Instagram or Facebook account, please visit the settings in your Instagram or Facebook account and follow the instructions to remove access permissions for Gomyfrnd. Please note that any information already added to your account from these platforms will not be deleted unless you also delete it in your Gomyfrnd account.

8. YOUR RIGHTS.
Privacy laws in your country may give you the following rights:
1. The right to be informed: what personal data the organization processes and why (this notice).

2. Right of access: you can request a copy of your data.

3. Right to rectification: if the stored data is inaccurate, you have the right to have it rectified.

4. Right to erasure: you have the right to have your data erased under certain circumstances.

5. The right to restriction of processing: in limited circumstances, you have the right to request that the processing is stopped but the data is retained.

6. Right to data portability: you can request a copy of your data in a machine-readable form that can be transferred to another provider.

7. The right to object: in certain circumstances (including when data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests or for marketing purposes), you can object to this processing.

8. Rights related to automated decision-making including profiling: there are several rights in this area where processing carried out solely by automated means leads to a decision that has legal or significant effects for the individual. In these circumstances, your rights include the right to ensure human intervention in the decision-making process.

The specific rights that apply to you (which may include other rights not listed above) may vary depending on your country. You should familiarize yourself with the rights you have under the applicable privacy laws in your country.

If you wish to exercise any of the above rights, please send an e-mail to our data protection officer at contact@qq1.in. For your protection and the protection of all our users, we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity before we can respond to the above requests.

If you have concerns about how we have processed your request or your personal data, you should contact us in the first instance via the contact details above.

If you believe that we have not solved your problem, you have the right to file a complaint with the authority at any time, which is the India supervisory authority for data protection issues. If you live in a country or territory located in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you can also contact your local data protection regulator. If you live in a country outside the EU, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local privacy or data protection regulator.

EU Representative
In accordance with Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Gomyfrnd has appointed its GDPR representative in the EU. If you normally reside in an EU member state, you can contact us regarding matters related to the GDPR at the email address contact@qq1.in

9. DATA LOCATION.
We want you to be able to access Gomyfrnd wherever you are in the world. Our hardware is located in a data center in the India Republic with a third-party provider. The provider meets the conditions of the GDPR ready server.

10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION.
We only retain your personal data for as long as we need it for the legal basis on which we may rely (as set out in Section 2 above) and as permitted by applicable law. See “Profile Verification Information in Section 1 above for our retention policy with respect to biometric information.

When you delete your account, we'll make sure it's no longer visible in the app and on the site. Once your account is deleted, it is no longer possible to recover your account. After you delete your account, we will immediately begin the process of deleting your personal data from our systems. In some cases, there may be an exception regarding the deletion and retention of records. These are the cases:
1. we need to keep it to comply with applicable laws (for example, if you make a purchase within the app/website, some personal data may need to be kept for tax and accounting purposes);

2. we need to keep them to demonstrate that we are complying with applicable laws (e.g. if an account is blocked, we keep some account information and a record of the behavior that led to the block - this information is kept for evidentiary purposes in the event of inquiries or legal claims regarding the block );

3. there is an outstanding issue, claim or dispute that requires us to retain the relevant information until it is resolved; or

4. information must be retained for our legitimate business interests, such as preventing fraud and enhancing user safety and security (for example, information may need to be retained to prevent a user who has been denied access due to unsafe behavior or security incidents from opening a new account).

Notice: Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of that information may still be visible and/or accessible to the extent that the information was previously shared with others or copied or stored by others. We can't control it and we don't take any responsibility for it. If you have given third-party apps or websites access to your personal information, they may retain that information to the extent permitted by their terms of service or privacy policy.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY.
As Gomyfrnd evolves, we may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your data and can always be found at this address. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you, for example, by email to the email associated with your account or by posting a notice on Gomyfrnd.
